Brittnee Squires - School Director

Brittnee began her early training at Jacqueline’s School of Ballet, and also studying with the Boston Ballet School where she had the opportunity of performing various works such as Harold Lander‘s Etudes. Brittnee was then asked to join Ballet West in 1995 which began her professional career. Brittnee has worked with many choreographers, dancing in Ballets such as; Fredrik Ashtons “The Dream,” Peter Onastis’ “Peter Pan” Ben Stevenson’s “Copelia.” While dancing with BalletWest she was also awarded the William F. Christensen four year scholarship to study at the University of Utah. Brittnee later went on to become a Principal dancer with Utah Regional Ballet where she performed Principal Roles including Juliet, in Romeo and Juliet, Sugar Plum, Snow Queen in the Nutcracker, and La Corsaire pas de deux, which premiered on tour in Bejing China. She also toured to Innsbruk Austria performing at the International Tanzomer Festival. Brittnee has also
choreographed for Utah Regional Ballet, URBII and many Regional companies across the United States. She is the two time recipient of the Regional Dance America Monticello Scholarship for talented choreographers. Brittnee has been recognized for her Choreography and coaching for the Youth America 
Grand Prix Ballet competitions. Her students and have gone on to Place in the New York Finals and win Scholarships to leading professional Ballet Schools. She is a sought after guest teacher who recently taught master classes in Technique and Pointe for the Regional Dance America/Pacic Festival. She has been on Faculty at Utah Valley 
University, teaching Advanced levels. Brittnee currently is Directing Jacquelines School of Ballet, responsible for the training and administration of all the levels in the school.
