Tribute

September 20 - 22
Covey Center for the Arts

Utah Metropolitan Ballet, formerly Utah Regional Ballet, opens the 2017-18 season with Tribute, a performance honoring four of Utah Valley’s finest for their significant contributions to the arts. The evening will feature highlights of George Balanchine’s Who Cares? Set to the radiant melodies of George Gershwin, Balanchine’s work is uniquely American and, more specifically, evocative of New York City. Please join us September 20-22 as we kick off the season and launch our new company name with a spectacular evening of dynamic performances and a celebration of the past, present and future of our company.
