Brooke Bennett

PRINCIPAL DANCER

Brooke Bennett is from Atlanta, Georgia. She began her training with Southern Performing Arts Acadamy. At age 12, she began performing with the Pre-professional company, Southern Ballet Theatre. She attended and performed at Southeast Regional Ballet Association and Regional Dance Association. Brooke is a graduate of Utah Valley University where she received her BFA in Dance with a Ballet emphasis in the summer of 2018. She received various scholarships throughout her studies at UVU, including the Dean Merit Scholarship in 2015-2016. Brooke also received UVU's School of the Arts Merit Award for Ballet. While at UVU she was a company member of Repertory Ballet Ensemble. Brooke performed Tower, a piece choreographed by Andy Noble, with Repertory Dance Theatre and again at the American College Dance Association. Upon graduating from UVU, Brooke joined Utah Metropolitan Ballet as an Apprentice in 2018 and was promoted to the corps de ballet in 2019.
